REGISTRATION FOR BHS ATHLETICS 2015-2016
Welcome to the BHS Online Registration for ISD 191 Fall/Winter/Spring sports. Participants in grades 7-12 need to register through BHS at the start of every new school year. All participants can register online, regardless of financial need.

ALREADY REGISTERED?

If you have already registered for a fall sport, please click on the following link to skip registration and go directly to the payment portal. This step is only for parents/guardians who have already registered. If you haven't registered yet, you must follow the steps below to fully register. Your registration is not valid unless all steps are completed.

Please fully read and complete all steps below before submitting the form. All three steps must be completed and submitted online by August 1st (if participating in a Fall sport) to ensure your athlete can fully participate on August 10th (start of football and dance team) or August 17th (start of all other fall sports).

IMPORTANT:

Clicking on the "CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the page will take you to the next registration page. All required questions must be answered in order to continue to the next page. At the end of the registration form, you will "SUBMIT" your registration. After submitting your registration, you will need to follow the link that is provided to make your payment for your athletics registration. If you do not have computer access, BHS will have computers available in the main office for parents/guardians to register their students. POLICY FOR ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY:

A student/participant cannot participate in the designated season's athletic try-out until the following has been received at BHS:

(1) Online Registration
(2) Valid/Signed (by doctor or clinic) copy of sports physical on file at BHS.  It can be faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered to Jeanine Riggs, Athletic Secretary. Sports physicals are good for three years from date of exam.
(3) Payment (payment can be online via credit card or cash/check - payable to BHS Athletics) or athletic waiver (hard copy form to be completed/signed by parent/guardian as well as a copy of Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility document from ISD 191 Food Service Department on acceptance of Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility).

REFUND POLICY:
 
If a player did not make the team or for some reason he/she cannot participate in the sport, a refund will be issued. The BHS Athletic Office needs to be contacted from the parent/guardian regarding the refund. The Athletic Director will approve the refund prior to issue. The district office will mail a check refund to the parent/guardian upon 2-3 weeks from the request. Unfortunately, the school is not set up to refund the credit card.

All online registrations and payments will come via email to Jeanine Riggs. Please check the BHS website under "Athletics" and then click on your designated sport for information including practice/game schedules, coaches' contact information, etc.
